Sometimes we know something isn't right long before we can explain it. We may feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed by self-doubt, stuck in the same relationship patterns, or simply aware that life no longer feels as it should.

By understanding how significant relationships and life experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and relate to others, therapy can help untangle the emotional knots that have been holding you back.

Since 2006, I have worked with individuals and couples experiencing relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, emotional distress, and sexual concerns.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and compassionate, while also gently challenging you to explore aspects of yourself that may previously have felt out of reach. You don't need to feel embarrassed about what brings you here. If it's important to you, it's important enough to talk about.

I offer therapy both online and in person.

Lasting change begins with understanding

I don't believe lasting change comes from quick fixes or advice alone. It comes from understanding yourself more deeply.

Therapy helps make sense of experiences that may have shaped the way you think, feel, and relate to others.

You don't need to know exactly what's wrong before you begin. If something no longer feels right, that's enough.

How I Can Help

Psychosexual Therapy

Sexual concerns are far more common than many people realise. Whether you're experiencing changes in desire, sexual anxiety, relationship difficulties, or questions about your sexuality, psychosexual therapy offers a confidential and non-judgemental space to explore these experiences without shame.

About Me

People often come to me after spending years trying to make sense of something on their own.

I believe therapy is most helpful when people feel deeply listened to rather than analysed from a distance. Together, we develop a greater understanding of the experiences, relationships, and emotional patterns that shape your life, creating the possibility for meaningful and lasting change.

I have worked across private practice, education, and the charity sector. Alongside my clinical work, I have lectured in counselling and continue to undertake ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains thoughtful, current, and ethically grounded.

Fees

Individual Psychotherapy: £80 per session

Relationship & Couples Therapy: £90 per session

Professional Memberships

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a Registered Member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).

These professional bodies require members to work ethically, maintain confidentiality, and undertake continuing professional development.

Taking the First Step

Beginning therapy can feel daunting, particularly if you've never spoken to anyone before. You don't need to have everything figured out before getting in touch.

An initial consultation gives us the opportunity to think together about what has brought you here, answer any questions you may have, and decide whether I am the right therapist for you.

You don't need to know exactly where to begin.

We can begin there together.
